Black Beach Restaurant
The Black Beach restaurant and coffee house is located in one of the most amazing nature highlights of the south, Reynisfjara.
In a short walking distance from the basalt formations and the cave Hálsanefshellir, the restaurant offers a breathtaking view of Dyrhólaey and the ocean.
The restaurant was built in 2014 and is an architectural beauty where the building blends into the terrain and rocks from the beach were used as building material in the walls.
The coffee house offers hot soups, freshly made cakes and sandwiches, soft drinks, coffee, and tea.
The restaurant offers traditional Icelandic food like lamb, beef, and fish.

Hunkubakkar
Hunkubakkar Guesthouse has to offer 20 rooms in total. There are six rooms with shared facilities, six bigger cottages for 3 and 4 persons and eight double rooms with private bathrooms.
The houses are close to the main building where the reception and lobby room/bar and restaurant are situated.
Our restaurant serves local dishes and grilled lamb from our farm. There can be seated up to 50 persons, and we gladly welcome groups for dinner and a coffee/cake buffet.
The surroundings of Hunkubakkar are very beautiful and green. There are many hiking trails, and Hunkubakkar is centrally situated for many of the most famous "pearls of nature "like Fjaðrárgljúfur canyon, Laki crates, Fagriwaterfall, Landmannalaugar, Skaftafell, and the Glacier lagoon.

Gamla fjósið
Gamla fjósið or the Old Cowhouse is a family restaurant located on the farm Hvassafell in south Iceland, just beneath the magnificent mountain Steinafjall and the famous volcanic glacier Eyjafjallajökull. After the eruption in Eyjafjallajökull in 2010 tourism increased significantly in the area. The family seized the opportunity and turned an old abandoned barn into a unique restaurant.
Hvassafell is a cow farm with 70 dairy cows that are fed with grass and corn that grows in the area. The bulls born on the farm are the key ingredients in the delicious menu of the restaurant. The Old Cowhouse takes pride in offering excellent service and a delicious menu that consist of fresh, natural produce from the farm and surrounding areas.

Restaurant Lindin is located at Laugarvatn, which is around 100 km from Reykjavik, placed midways between Þingvellir and Gullfoss - in the hart of the Golden Cirle. Restaurant Lindin is an international cuisine where you can relaxin a comfortable atmosphere and enjoy an excellent meal.

Sólvangur Icelandic Horse Center
Sólvangur is an authentic horse breeding farm in South Iceland where people can learn about and meet the Icelandic horse, visit the stable, take riding lessons, drink coffee or enjoy refreshments at the Stable Café, or even stay for a few nights in the peaceful countryside.
The farm is owned by a family with passion for horses and a lot of experience and knowledge in the field. Today there are around 60 horses on the farm, as well as some other animals. The horses are well trained quality horses and the instructors are licensed riding teachers. Sólvangur is the place to visit if you love horses or even if you are just a little curious about them, as the Sólvangur team strives to educate and give people the chance to get closer to the Icelandic horse. In Efstidalur you will get a unique and different experience. Right in the middle of the Golden Circle, you get a glance of the farm life in Iceland. This family farm has opened up for tourists and offers a variety of products straight from the farm, such as the famous ice cream, skyr and feta cheese. We welcome you to the horse breeding farm Skeiðvellir. If you want to get to know the Icelandic horse while traveling in Iceland you have come to the right place. Skeiðvellir is a family run horse breeding and training farm which is home to around 100 horses. We offer a unique chance to get to know our remarkable horses and explore the beautiful landscape on horseback.
For those who don´t want to ride but do want to interact with and get to know more about the Icelandic Horse, we offer a guided tour of the stable with where you'll get a chance to be up close with the horses, pet them to your heart's content and learn of their long history and what makes them a truly unique breed of horses. Furthermore, for a small fee, we offer a little horse rental for children, where they can try sitting on a horse and riding it as a guide leads them around in the riding hall.

Skaftafell Visitor Centre, Skaftafell
Skaftafellsstofa is an information and education centre where visitors can find answers to their questions about the Skaftafell area, along with information about hiking trails, accommodation and nearby recreational options. The centre has an exhibition room with a film about the soutside of Vatnajökull National Park.
At the campsite there is WC, (also for the disabled), running water (hot & cold), shower, gift shop, cafeteria, coach service, service station, walking paths, hiking guide, outdoor grills, and washing machine. Exhibition showing the geology of the National Park. Service station close by and various other opportunities. For information ask at the service desk. The camping ground is open all year round

In the spring of 2017, Fjallsárlón Bistro opened. With seats for up to 80 guests and a stunning view of the glacier and glacial moraines. The bistro offers a variety of hot meals, salad buffet, soups, sandwiches, cakes and drinks.
