    The Icelandic Environment Agency has extended the closure of Fjadrargljufur due to to rain and fragile soil conditions.

    The Icelandic Environment Agency has extended the closure of Fjadrargljufur due to to rain and fragile soil conditions. The area has been closed since 16 March due to extremely muddy conditions which make the walking paths unsafe.

    The area will open June 1st at the latest.
